S-400 can be neutralised by a combination of MLRS, cruise missiles, EW and anti-radiation missiles. It cannot exactly be deployed nearer than say 400km from the Pakistani border as otherwise it can be taken out within minutes by MLRS like SY-400. It is a good defensive weapon(in combination with other systems) but useless in an offensive capacity.
