How does that benefit us? we are already a global player and part of the G20 and BRIC BTW India's stance is not much difference to that of Pakistan's they also have said they will respect the UN findings and outcome.

Pls understand its not so simple for pakistan either to support assad as he is a shia and saudi is funding insurgency there.Also nawaz sharif is totally pro saudi as saudi arabia gave him asylum after musharraf threw him out.............so pakistan will automatically tow saudi line

pakistan has no role in insurgency but its possible that many of the rebels have received training in pakistan,,,,,,as many of them are al qaeda ppl

All i see is Russia protesting as it is an ally and weapons buyer... nothing more to suggest they are siding against an attack and will retaliate.

I dont think its mandatory to all nations to proclaim " We are on 'this' side"...

Its best to remain neutral,....................... its not our concern and we already have plenty to worry about.
