You are true If US can achieve 5% GDP growth then maybe China will need more time to surpass US but after 9 years of less then 3% GDP growth and 2 times minus GDP growth US can't suddenly take his GDP growth to 5% it would require a few years and in those few years analysts says China will surpass US and you know China economy will grow more in 2015. Let's see about this shale oil potential.

Not only that but the China should also maintain 8+ GDP growth for next one decade .Any change in that would again reduce their chance.Something that we already began to see.They need sometime forfilling that bad debt.

Before become a super power, all super or global powers have good relations with their neighbours. Every single global power has no obsession with north east south & west countries. All global powers are accept, respect other border'r nations, all those countries whom boundries are linked with global powers accept their hegemony where as INDIA lol

We will reach there in next 2 to 3 decade for sure, currently we have to work hard and take special care on economic so that we can get million of poor out of poverty ASAP and start growing in 8 to 10% GDP by 2017 , but where will you be in Pakistan (land of pure) or a nation divided in 3 to 4 different country.
But at least i am sure that people like you will be still cheer-leading for China as you and your country has got nothing to offer now or in far future.
