Informed and truthful people acknowledge and confirms the pak support in present to mujahideens and is well accepted by many pak officials in the past.
Had you read several international and UN reports, you would have know how pak has been the launch ground for those militants. Or perhaps you know but for sake of debate, you are not accepting.

In case you havent noticed, a lot has changed since 1990's and 2000's. And also that PA has been engaged with a WOT on the Afghan border. War takes up resources,men and material. The priority for Pakistan is cleanse own land and bring peace back. A lot of damage had been done but things are better now. The LEA's, Army, Air Force as well as Navy and intelligence agencies are involved. Priorities if changed during an operation results in a disaster, whereas Ops along Afghan Border are successful. Internal security has become more important after CPEC opening has drafted more security including intelligence agencies to be assigned to the region.
At such a vulnerable position with international community interested to join CPEC, Pakistan has much to lose. Its foolish to lose on such a venture which has never presented itself before and can be jeopardised which is exactly what India wants. Its no secret, China has asked India to accept CPEC and not create a rift.
However since you wanted logic and educational talk, if you use common sense ,when it comes to incursions, BSF is found sleeping, as if intentionally paid or ordered to sleep. keep in mind, the LOC is electrified and mined. Its monitored all the time. Infiltrators make their way leisurely inside India easily escaping police, RAW, Army, LEA's etc easily. They expose themselves only when they need to attack, and after that all the Indian Military might comes in action after the damage is done.
The infiltrators are always killed, they are not captured alive.Only if they are wearing suicide vests, it makes sense. Probably keeping the 2008 attacker alive could not work out well for India. BSF doesnt catch any on the border so that interrogation could prove that infiltrator is from Pakistan. Ofcourse,they are too dead to be interrogated. But even before a report is made, the blame is on Pakistan. Why even make a report then. and then to coincide with all the blaming, the report comes out as Infiltration from Pakistan. Its laughable as it seems a walk in the park to just enter India anytime from LOC.
If you are serious about security of India, make a petition that BSF should be disbanded.
