Do you know why this transformation happened?
It is because Pakistan ingrained the ideology of terrorism and followed that path with its attendant costs in social harmony, culture of internal violence and lastly economy. So we need to let Pakistan continue on that course despite the annual costs to us in terms of lives lost to terror.

Give it a couple of decades more and the difference between Pakistan and India will be night and day.

Agree completely with you,In fact i believe congress was handling them in more better way,Against India they are United otherwise divided.They are in self destructive path leave them as it is.
