India seeking help from Japan

Sombozo it seems you either don't understand what economic co-operation means or you are selectively ignorant....we are talking about more than 60,000 MW of power.... by any standard this volume is so enormous that alone you can not achieve it... lots of Indian big private names are already involved to make a kill... Reliance, L&T, JSW are among few... not to mention big daddy NPCIL .... we are fairly placed as far as own tech is concerned...
But to scale up to such a humongous volume you also need help from other establish players....

Try and learn something from your neighbor... you may well rip some benefit...

If you still don't understand , a small example close to your small world... Lashkar -E -Toiba is taking help from Al- Qaida to scale up ....:bunny::cheers:

Better something than nothing..everyone wants efficient usage of their funds at optimum quality..
and where did the Indian indigenous addiction go??

These projects are mostly infrastructure projects and not military technologies which India would want to do indegeniously. What we need is more investment from external infrastructure companies who will obviously bring in their methodology to execute the projects more efficiently and in lesser time.
I know why it is burning at your end.

Buddy the concept called indigenous that is there in your dictionary will soon fade out.. The vast growing technology will grow only if you get a mutual partners ... Technology and money does not grows in the tree next door..

so you have to update your dictionary on the word indigenous ... Except US no other country will be able to produce anything competitive on there own... Growing countries like India(In future every one except US) will create competitive product by integrating Raw technologies from different partners and will churn out the product.. Finally the end product will be called indigenous.. So Japan-India economic cooperation will grow this way.. in future we can expect Japan and India will improve the technologies by investing the brain, Money on the product and will churn out cheap Quality products .. At present Japan will only invest money and slowly they will become partners :agree:

But there are so many ?% of indian scientists, engineers, doctors, lawyers working in US (NASA, Mircosoft etc... on and on). Why don't the india government ask them for help, i am sure they will move back to india and give a helping hand. :agree:

Investment needed is more than 1 trillion dollars IIRC...the Indian govt does not have that much money.

This is critical for India though...it will determine the country's destiny for the next few decades.

India is growing but still not enough that we can provide so much monney to our scientist, doctors, engineer and so so ,,
USA is developed one ...

govt. has to give money to programs where so many less educated and other also can get enough to fed themselves, and complete there basic need,

people run where they got money,,
take example of ipl ,,
every foreign player want to play there, seeing a lot of money and fame
it applicable of scientist to ..

India has money for the development it needs. Its more important for Japan to invest in a country with such high growth.

No its not critical altogether. It will just increase the growth.
