What is there to rejoice. If you look at Pakistan's record, we can expect the following.
1) Will be killed by some violent criminals in jail. (Sarabjit's case). They will say security breach.
2) Torture will continue/ Life will be made hell.

So what is there is celebrate, the family will know he is alive but will never be able to talk.

I feel India and Pakistan should work out something sensible. Like an agreement on how to deal with such cases on both sides, keep people in jail for few years but release them later. It will help both sides.
