Last day i was browsing for some Chateaus for sale in France, and was really shocked by the prices they are asking. It seems real estate prices are rather high in India than France.

But paris is very costly.... I just love to stay in paris.... French people are more civilized ..

About property prices in France or Europe...Dont be too happy.
Unlike india where you pay house price and property is yours with nothing else to pay..
Here you keep paying hefty local and government taxes...
For example in UK on a 100,000 pound house ,you will keep paying 90£ a month every month to the local council for the rest of your life..
Water bill 30£ a month,no matter how less water you use...
These are mandatory expenses...on top of utility bills and optional property insurance...
All costs go up with the price of the property.

With the western economy in shambles I wonder how many can actually afford expensive British skilled workforce? Not many and to keep competitive advantage in exports reducing wages is important. So it is not the creativity and talent which is the driving force behind this decision but simple cost-cutting measures.
