That is Guyana, there are few more Muslims living in the neighboring Suriname as well. They came from mainly UP and Java.

That's Guyana and Suriname. Both are small countries with each having population less than a million. Muslims are small minority there but somehow included in OIC. Same is also true for some African countries. Muslims are minority in Uganada, Cameroon, Gabon, Mozambique, Benin and Togo but included in OIC.

Of course ... this should be no surprise. That and all of Kashmir are all shown to be Indian territory in an Indian map.

China shows Arunachal (i.e. South Tibet) as their own as well. It doesn't really matter. For domestic audiences.
