shias are most liberal muslim community in india , where ever they were rulers, hindus were happy .
there are many shia leaders in BJP , nawab of lucknow buqqal nawab recently became MLC , state upper house member . seema rizvi was minister in many BJP GOVTS . shazia ilmi is delhi BJP leader . there are plenty in every party .

these boards are govt funded but governed by political people , mostly from party which is in majority ,
