India offer led to quiet talks on all major issues

The irony is y'all tend to believe Indian media when it suits your narrative but not the other way around. We Indians know exactly which media outlets are pseudo leftists and the patriotic ones. Dawn being whatever you may call it is still a pakistani media group and will publish news per the narrative they receive which is ofcourse from pakistani authorities as quoted.

Again, you don't have any proof except quoting some unknown sources that there is a 1:1 ratio. Secondly, how does it matter if it's 1:1 or disproportionate!! We could still deploy conventionally superior systems and in more numbers if needed

You might be living under the rock but there is a infamous "Dawn leak" event which happened a while ago. Its doesn't "receive" news from Pakistani authorities, and that is where Pakistani patriots remain up in arms against this news outlet.

I have already showing the news item mentioning clearly 1 to 1 ratio which btw was never the case in history. What you are saying or wishing is your personal opinion which has zero significance, just like your outlandish claim about superior conventical weapon system (All major skirmishes including OP swift retort should have cured that hallucination by now)

What is channab formula?

. . .
Pakistan and India are destined for war.

The corrupt back channel diplomacy will result in the war sooner than later.

.
Time will prove that this back channel engagement is nothing more than kicking the ball down the road for Pakistan. From an Indian perspective, the status quo is already a win. Pakistan's only card is and has been to open a two front war with India. A war that will not be led by Pakistan, but by China.

The road to Srinagar will have to be paved by Beijing :-)

India offer for talks with Pakistan is a kind of change of stance.

Two front war, with China and Pakistan rhetoric gone and dusted.

A subtle two front surrender.

China arm twisting India, wouldn't have budge otherwise.

Channab formula is the best, rest is just a waste of time for us.

You gotta be kidding me. If Chenab formula is implemented, India will lose it control of Kashmir valley, Ladakh as well as half of Jammu, while it will be only will left with lower districts of Jammu, Kathua and Udhampur, while rest of Jammu along with other areas will go to Pakistan, making India lose 80% of the land. This is more like India giving up Kashmir without a fight...

and why do you think India will accept this!! The peaceful solution is to keep whatever we already have and convert LoC to IB. I'm sure either country would budge on exchange or loosing of land

The land does't belongs to you and that is why you people are happy to keep half since it is looted thing for you, original owner will not give an inch without fighting like Pakistan but since Indian army changed the demography of Jammu so we want no one Hindu settler suffer and that is why we are giving Hindu populated areas of Jammu to India.

Kashmir's A370 status is one thing that India wouldn't budge on despite the govt in power. The only solution right now is to convert LoC into IB and open cross-border trade/tourism and let the region flourish

How serious are these backchannel talks? Is India only undertaking them as a favor to UAE? Just going through the motions?

If by some miracle Congress returns to power, even they would not dare to change 370 and 35A. It's a done deal. Once upon a time, there was a chance to settle Kashmir, be under Vajpayee or Manmohan Singh, but that has long passed.

The land rightfully belongs to us since the instrument of accession has been signed to us. Again, this would be a never ending debate and you can rant all day but India isn't giving up an inch of what we already hold.

Either come up with reasonable terms or continue doing what's already been going on

We still don't know the ulterior motive of either parties regarding these backchannel talks. I assume both sides will stay put for a few months and ceasefire violations will resume

India begging for talks after humiliation at the hands of Pakistan on Feb 27th and than at the hands of China :cheesy:

Lols f@cking Hindu signed agreement while people don't wants it, even in U.N Pandit Nehru accepted it and agrees on plebiscite.

Instrument of accession? So India has no right to Junagadh then?
