Looks like Russia is taking the plausible deniability route, and sticking to its historical stance of bilateral negotiations.

I saw the Indian rep's interivew after the meeting. The guy was flustered. Gesturing wildly with his hands, interrupting reporters. Left the podium to shake Pakistani people's hands for some weird reason. Then the fact that Rajnath Singh is threatening to remove NFUP. This from a guy whose country has 1.4 billion people. I guess India's conventional forces, despite being far more numerous and armed with everything money can buy truly are inferior to Pakistan's smaller, cheaper force.
