He is trying to change the mood of generally held skepticism and unease concerning India and the international community. He is doing his job as the leader of a nation, I'm sure we are about to see this thread erupt in a volcano of hatred because a) he is Indian b)he is the leader of India c)He is Modi and perhaps most likely d) Pakistani can only dream of having a leader as competent as him in their PMO.


When the leaders of nations make such statements they are aimed at the global community, Modi is no different and the fact that India has seen the largest inflows of FDI of any country in the past year prove he is doing a damn fine job.
