Let's go back to days when china talks about supporting India to enter UNSC as a permanent member . But china always wanted to keep India as low as possible indirectly .

Now after successful visit of Obama's Indian trip .Obama-Modi chemistry made magic . US strongly recommended India to join Nuclear Suppliers Group . Today China openly objects to India's Entry in to the group

China said : india's entry into suppliers group need serious consideration . India needs to do more . President Obama has promised in promoting India into NSG is objectable .

This comes after sharp warning from India and American on China's expansionist motive in South China Sea . With growing Navy to Navy cooperation which already encircling China in its own water is not going well with them. Powerful Asia Pacific countries like Australia SK Japan Vietnam Indonesia Singapore Taiwan Myanmar Bangladesh are turning to India requesting to play major role in maintaining peace in the region .Now with America's assurance for full support India's image has grown in many folds than that of China has India is more accessible and Friendly than Chinese.

But this kind of objections will further derails Chinese image from being a big brother to being jealous or insecure of India’s Raise. China must allow NGS status of India . And Play the game fairly.

Bhaiii no way. May be after few years ...And Chinese will use pakistan name to stop indian entry. But it's long gone NATO US European countries will support India's entry including Russians. Due to non proliferation record so far. No matter what we won't sell or technically to any nation but used only for peaceful purpose . So advantage India

If I'm not wrong NSG was created specifically to keep Nuclear technology out of reach for India :-/

China joined NSG only on 2004. China is not a founding member too :-/

China is raising this issue because US to vote against China-Pakistan Nuclear deal .

Don't think that China is jealous, but I do think they have a vested interest in keeping nations around them week and dependent. China wants to be a super power in the fashion of the western powers. Grab as much as you can from weaker nations and give concessions only when absolutely necessary.

We have no land disputes other than China and Pakistan. Open borders with Nepal and Bhutan, much better relations with Sri Lanka, improving ties with Bangladesh. In fact it is in our interest that these countries strengthen in both democracy and economy. It is in China's interest that Pakistan alienate itself from the US and become a dictatorship.
