Bhimrao Ambedkar converted to agnostic Buddhism mostly a vengeful reaction to Congress leadership who foiled his chance at the elections.
Since Nehru was Brahmin ( only in name alone) some upper caste Hindus foolishly supported him at that time. And disappointed Ambedkar converted to Buddhism at the fag end of life as a knee jerk reaction.

But you know what thought of Bhimrao Ambedkar Islam and Indian Muslims.

Why even wealth ? In a true harmonious and scientific society there will be no rich no poor. Economic disparity will cease to exist.

And why ethnicity too ? Except for artistic elements of a certain culture, like say the music instrument kora from West Africa.

That is not so. I quote this article which says that Ambedkar gave the Upper Castes two decades to change, and they didn't :
