Ans is very simple....... before 1989, there was not an issue in Kashmir but after Soviet withdraw from AF then you supplied Terrorists from AF and PAK to INDIA and called Jehaad.


This is truly issue came after 1989 due to cross border terrorism...................... We had some problem like Pakistan have in Baluchistan and Azad Kashmir but we got supplied terrorists too...
