For the first time in India, mobile phone users have been able to use 4G.

The inaugural commercial service was launched last month and 4G has become a buzzword. Politicians claim it will revolutionise the country.

But how much difference will it make, when phone calls regularly drop out and even 3G services can be highly unreliable? Sameer Hashmi reports.
