India develops "High Energy Food" to tackle Malnutrition in the Developing World
Translation:- Researchers at IIT-Kharagpur Agriculture and Food Engineering Department have successfully prepared "High Energy Food" syrup to tackle malnutrition in the developing world. The pilot project is expected to commence in April end this year by the IIT-Kharagpur. GCPL, Delhi has been selected for the mass scale production of this syrup. This development is being seen as a breakthrough for India and the developing world in Malnutrition eradication. It will be prepared in syrup/sauce form in order to make it easily edible for the malnourished children.
