India And China Both Struggle With Deadly Pollution -- But Only One Fights It

Indians are delusional. They talk too much, do little. Their mere horrible social existence shows the terrible lack of creative capacity.

Yet, they talk big and reflect upon others to prevent any form of self-reflection. They will even resort to blaming all Olympics being a competition for "jumping up and down" to account for and acquit their successive failures at the Olympics.

India is the worst case scenario of a failed system that has yet to see even worse conditions. It is not an agency, but a product of structures, including very existence as a pseudo state under the blessings of the colonial sahib.

India's only meaningful contribution to the world is showing us the implications of an inefficient, corrupt, and never-to-be-healed governance model.

:partay::partay::partay: You are on fire!

India's advantage is such that the public is happily ignorant about the real conditions.

The elite creates a fake sense free information flow. Most of those who can access to it are thus duped.

Those who cannot read and have little access do not matter at all.

I wonder how will they begin to clean up while their economy is not even half industrialized --unlike China.

Those Indians who are affected the most by the air pollution problems may be the ones who care the least, as they have much more pressing problems to worry about, like earning two square meals a day for the family. There are reasons that an average Indian lives 8 years less than his Chinese counterpart, and air pollution is surely one of them.

India is not going to see its day of industrialization on par with China. This country is made out of "spirituality", not the material wealth in "current life", which has motivated hundreds of millions of Chinese who want to be in charge of their own destiny, in the past 30-40 years.

They are ignorant on most issues including Doklam. The media just need to air something and these bozos will cheer for supaman Modi.

For decades, the Indians have always reassured themselves that China was richer but they have bad environment, now the beans are spilled, you can hear the same Indians shrieking.

Everytime, the Indians say the Chinese pollution, cheap product, stolen technology bla bla. To be honest, it is really ironic.
It is even funnier when they buy these cheap, stolen technology products by the billions. Look how is having the last laugh now.:rofl::rofl:

But but but India is a democracy. Air in India must be better than air in China as India is a democracy and China is communist.:chilli:
You smell SHIT the moment you step out of the airport...it's natural air for them.

Though India is a much worse case of air pollution, its government has largely escaped the scrutiny from the west, and it has not been under the heavy domestic pressure either. In a sense, China should thank international MSM for its biased criticism. Majority of Indians yet to be awaken.
You are right, who says we don't have free media and a scrutinizing media? Our media is known as the WESTERN MEDIA, who will scrutinize us the most, bash us for the smallest of issues and force us to improve. This is an advantage for us, we improved by leaps and bounds because of this constant bashing, noisy submarines, we keep quiet, we developed magnetic drive, IEPS and etc. The more you despise us, the more we improve. The opposite happens to India, the more you mock them, the more they argue and give excuses.

The famous Chinese propagandist on PDF. How smart is your citizenry when it is fed and falls for the govt line?
Most Chinese cities hiding vital pollution data from public
Mainland government not sharing big polluters’ names or amounts of pollutants released
Smoke and mirrors: Beijing battles to control smog message
China blocks access to US air pollution data for Beijing

Bro, you can access the PMI readings from the US embassy websites, they install it at all their consulates and embassies in China. I cannot deny the fact that some cities might try to hide data but you can't hide satellite imagery and these data can be correlated using international satellites. You are making me more suspicious than ever that you are Indian. A normal person will feel ashamed and improves themselves, Indians will point finger and blame the others. Typical.

Btw the data the article quoted was not even data from China:

According to analyses of NASA satellite data, the levels of fine particulate matter got worse across India by 13% between 2010 and 2015, while China’s fell by 17%. Delhi’s average annual PM 2.5 concentrations are in the vicinity of 150 μg/m, compared to about 60 μg/m for Beijing. Overall, Delhi’s PM 2.5 tends to about three times the Beijing mean and 15 times the WHO guidelines.
