They know India has money and its a massive market, they cannot afford to say anything which will hurt their bottom lines. Americans only invest if there's a sizable ROI. Do you think any country trust USA or that matter any other so called powerful nations. They will extract what they want from India and we will do what we can. Its not emotional . You are giving 17% return on investment as compared to 3 % average on similar investments made in other countries by say Japan. You have moved from aid to loan , which will bite in next 5 years.
