India accepts Hurriyat as third party in ‘bilateral’ talks
Sushma says Hurriyat cannot be a party in Pak-India talks

NEW DELHI – India’s External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on Saturday said that India had always maintained that there would be no third party in ‘bilateral talks’ between Pakistan and India.

“The Hurriyat Conference cannot be a party,” she said while responding to National Security and Foreign Affairs Adviser Sartaj Aziz’s proposed meeting with Mirwaiz Dr Umer Farooq, Shabbir Shah, Ali Shah Geelani and other Kashmiri leaders at the Pakistan High Commission at New Delhi.

Sartaj already clear to India that he was willing to participate in the adviser-level talks in India but without pre-conditions. Sushma said that the advisers would discuss on terrorism as ‘decided’ in Ufa, Russia. “We made it clear on August 18 no agenda beyond terrorism at talks,” she said.

“Even after terror incidents, we didn’t call off talks as we need to talk about terror,” she said. “Pakistan took three weeks to respond to our proposed meeting draft agenda and added several issues to it,” she told journalists. “Pakistan is running away from talks, which will be held only when we get a reply,” she said.

The Indian media gets a lot of heat on this site for being jingoistic and sensationalist but the Pak media has got them beat here- the headline bares absolutely no resemblance to the body of the text nor the reality.

Taking press freedom to a different level. Apparently they don't have something called editorial checks at dailytimes.

I had to read the OP thrice to confirm that the headline is misleading to say the least.
Journos do the most inane things at times but this is the most crass of them all.

:tdown::tdown: to whoever came up with the title and body of this misleading article.

on one side india says kashmir is india and then on the other side say that we will not allow them to sit in talk as they are third party:hitwall::hitwall::hitwall:

they are not Kashmir they are some kashmiris n there stand is different from India that's how they are third party don't talk like third grade

.
hurriyat is a paid source from pak & thts y thy always talk to their paid elements think they represent kashmir but actually it doesn't represent even 2 % of J&K
really then why dont do a referendum and see the results

Merely being an Indian does not mean you can be involved in talks, you have to elected or appointed by the state.

Take your military out and we can go about it. Read up on UN resolutions.

.
Kashmir is no longer a disputed territory now according to UN.
