I think everybody knows life on many Native American Reservations is not great due to few industries other than farming. This is why 78% of Native Americans don't live on reservations. They go to where the jobs are...just like rural China.

Gangs used fireworks as cover for more shootings than normal like in Chicago so people can't tell whats gunshots or not and report it. Thats normal.
