Nah, Shakuni & Ravan, I think he lacks the number of posts too.
Something like 10 IIRC.

In any case, for protection of your personal pics, all should
use a tool to extract EXIF data. Working on a Mac, I use this :
http://www.exifpurge.com

EXIF data is recorded by the device that creates your image
like a digital camera or a modern mobile phone. It is also ad-
ded by programs that make/transform images.
In the formers' case, it includes details like zoom, aperture etc
but also the vicious combo date_time_location ( by virtue of GPS ).

Removing it ensures that those who grab the picture on the Net
cannot use it to find out of your whereabouts. It's a minimum.

Type EXIF data removal in a search engine with your OS added.

And don't post images with defense installations without authorization.

Oh and the ritual : https://defence.pk/forums/members-introduction.42/
in case you forgot.

Have a great day all, Tay.

P.S.
Dream road...wow

Yup, now if there could be a mountain bike trail crossing it at some point ...

It's not India but it's near, :-) Tay.

No Didi here milady, but I liked the implied feeling, and certainly not broken. ;)

It's soul and muscle powered! :-)

Nice meeting you, good trails ( ;) bis ) Tay.

Okay VitasK, I'll assume that your connection is problem-free
and that you are running a commercial OS and browser.

First way to post a pic, click on the rectangle immediately to the right of the smiley face,
insert the direct URL ( net address from browser ) of an image and click insert.

Second way, click on Upload a File immediately at the right of the Post Reply button in you post window,
and select an image file from your computer.
Pay attention to the extensions allowed for your pic : zip, txt, pdf, png, jpg, jpeg, jpe, gif.
If you're trying to import another format, there's your bug right there!

Third way, Click and drag an image from your desktop directly in this text window I / you are writing in,
wait a second or two and choose your presentation option for it : either thumbnail or full pic.

In any case though, if you attempt to load a file too big in size ( 2 000 px per side
or in electronic weight ( 2MB ), it will fail.

Good luck man, Tay.

Thanks for the help man however the problem is that I cant see an option here for uploading a file. Also when I am trying to drag it in than also it is not allowing me to do so.

Is it related to my post count or something?

Thanks in advance

Well, that is possible, I just tried for you and a pop-up window
said - Uploads not available ... which is a temporary bug.

Then I reloaded the page and there you go :

The PDF environment views above and below are PNG files that were uploaded by drag and drop.

If you don't see the green boxes, it could also be that you don't have Java running on your machine.
Just search for Java by Oracle, download and install.

If that won't fix it, I'd need to have details of your set-up to help further.
But there is a proper thread for these bugs :
https://defence.pk/threads/pdf-errors-2016.419397/

You'll find management members more qualified than myself there.

Good luck, Tay.
