12.7 mm is what they have with an effective range of about 2000 meters , that the top range

The JLEN has a top altitude listed at 10,000 feet ( 3000 meters ) so even if the T is standing directly under the blimp with a 12.7 ( which is not a possibility ) it will be out of range
