Oooo !

Tell me one thing ,
People spending time in ISS , are they affected by the absence of Gravity ?
Like changes in body at micro level .

Similarly , Can human body resist that kind of pressure ( the one at Titan )?
People are affected by the absence of Gravity, there is a podcast with astronaut Mike Massimino on Startalk who explained his personal experiences and the long term effects that it has.
Basically being in the absence of Gravity has a negative effect on muscles and bones and so that astronauts have to follow a schedule of workout (6 days a week) to give the muscles and bones enough resistance. An interesting thing that someone in the podcast mentioned was that in the movie Gravity after the protagonist lands on earth she does not stand back immediately, instead she crawls, that is because of the lack of Gravity her body had become used to.

Can a human resist 1.5 times atmospheric pressure?
Very easily. You would experience the same pressure as someone who is swimming 5 metres below water surface. BTW interesting fact, the gravity on Titan is very low and the atmosphere very thick, so it is possible for humans to fly there with the help of fake wings.

WoW !!!

. . .
With so many anomalies in Space .
Can we expect ;

1 Frozen Sun
2 Alive Rouge Planets
3 Planets with internal heating or energy systems for planets far far way from parent star .

Can Living beings of deep ocean on Earth , live without Sun in space .
Can such beings exist on Moons of Jupiter and Saturn .

1. Not likely, because light emission by radiation is done at a temperature way above freezing.
2. Rogue planet is possible and I am pretty sure we can find pink ones as well. :p:
3. Well, I am not sure about the far far from the parent star part, but we have a planet with internal heating in our own solar system-----it is called Jupiter.
