Now this is pathetic! Session judge can do anything for money. Verdict is a clear violation of laws present in the country.

The law in Pakistan under islamic shariah system states that 4 male witnesses are required to prove rape. The judge has followed the laws.

I dont support or cheer such behaviour, but you cant deny that there is people from both countries doing strange stuff, having sort of useless competitions on who`s best and posting crap, BUT you can still not say that everyone are like that. That everyone are same.

Now, I dont know whether it was changed again after that, But I doubt it.

1. Its district judge so the appeal can be made in higher courts

2. the police arrested the culprits on basis of DNA report

3. So wait for the appeals to be made to higher courts.

4. the law of witnesses is also repealed long ago so the judge is wrong.

There was no concept of DNA when Islamic laws took birth.. I think such laws served well for the times they were written for but as of today they are outdated so should not be used unless rewritten/revised.
