Well I applaud hardworking, but I think China should really change the afterwork drinking party culture. I am shivered at going back to China and being forced to attend banquets!

Also China can greatly benefit from virtual office, esp. government regulations. Lots of time is being wasted on roads travelling back and forth for petty government redtapes. Nowadays, I don't even have to meet my clients face to face, and haven't met government regulators for about a year!
