Not really only issue i can imagine is him failing his medical or something when SPG and IAF try clearing him for the flight. He has had flu in the past and does not have 20/20 vision either. 20/20 vision is a must for fighter pilots

Why he need 6x6 vision he will not fly the rafale he will only sit in the plane and enjoy the ride ?
