What's new

Imran Khan wants stronger ties with Iran.

.
Yes they should and Pakistan should have another spy chief meeting soon.

Governments handle policy Not spies.

Chinese and USA already have issued Statements.

Even your close Personal Friend Saudi Arabia has issued a Statement.

I guess you have made it upon yourself to speak for the Iranian government.

Dont confuse yourself between the state and the government.

.
Turks are also like Pakistanis open-minded and friendly. However you are right, Arab countries and Iran have an elevated sense of self-importance.

In sha Allah, they will become humble and be willing to learn from any source to uplift their people.
That true!!
Although, we have bad relations with the govts, but Americans, in my experience are also very friendly and open minded people.

Iranis are very anti Pakistani... but i always respect Iran for one reason... Iran was the 1st ever country who accepted independence of Pakistan after partition.
Why do you say that? After all, was it not Pakistan that had Farsi tought as a second language for many decades until it was replaced by Arabic to appease the desert masters.

Look what the alliance with KSA got you? Just pure hell in the form of terrorists.

???? farsi became the lingua franca after turkic farsi speakers (ghaznavids and so on) made it an administrative language. tbh direct arab influence only lasted for a century under ummayyads. after that it was either locals or turko-persians.

Pakistan and Iran are natural allies.

The new government seeks Stronger ties with the government of Iran

Not with the ayatollah trolls in Tehran..alliance with ayatollah Iran will only fuel sectarian violence on home turf and also make the mullah stronger...

Every country wishes for strong ties with neighbors with mutual benefit..Iran has gas..Pakistan needs gas...subject to fair terms and conditions..

Lets change the Iranians to becoming Pro-Pakistani! With anti-state agents citing in Islamabad I am not surprised Iranians were wary of us.

Let's hope Imran Khan is not a wolf in Sheep's clothing.

Care to source your first claim?
I grew up in an Iranian neighborhood and we were very close to a number of Iranian families, about half of them non Muslim. Never ever had anyone give us an impression that they were anti Pakistan.
