We can provide electricity, so that your industries can grow+no loadsheding
We can provide even refined oil, as india is having biggest oil refinery in the world
We can launch satellites for you and improve communication services

No, Pakistan will going to get burdened with more trade deficit if we open up to you.. it doesn't make sense economically.. other then just for sake of peaceful image in international media.. you don't need call to understand this.. just a working brain..

Films pirated not worth much in your exports
Tea we mostly import form Kenya even srilankan portion is minor even thou we have good relationship with em some does.come form India.
Pharma mostly formulates in pak with Chinese and western active agents they r the Largest exporter of em India again small part
Never saw Indian bananas they r mostly of sindh and pak south Punjab but again little bit does come
The main import r saris pan spices and other non essential items
Petroleum pak has enough capacity to refine the quantity of petroleum required we even export little bit of refined products we import crude which India itself is importer
India it self is suffering from load shedding so how can it fulfil our demands of 1000s of megawatts

Firstly IK is fighting elections in Pakistan thus he needs to cater to sentiments of Pakistani people and not international community. Trade and ties just don't mean export vs import, it means many a things it means access of large Indian market, it means India companies setting up shops and investing in Pakistan, it means you providing us access route which means transit fees for you guys and vice versa. There are two possibilities one he genuinely wants improvement in ties which I am not very sure he can deliver on and two as you said he is just playing to the gallery and US, which means a zilch as far as the elections in Pakistan is concerned. Both ways I am happy that nowadays 'we want better ties with India' narratives sells more 'we will bring back Kashmir' narrative in Pakistan.
