IMF to seek "absolute transparency" of Pakistan's debts in bailout talks

Any financial organisation will ask for previous loan details from applicant to determine how much they can afford to pay .

.
Actually when they would ask,Govt would have to gave. They have right to do so.
Why did Pakistan reject the IMF’s request for a CPEC document so far, Just talk about personal opinions:
1. CPEC is a project between China and Pakistan. It belongs to infrastructure project. Any commercial project may have trade secrets or sign commercial confidentiality clauses, and it involves China and Pakistan.
It is not a separate act that can be decided by one party. Available under permitted conditions
This is the basic business principle,is also a country’s basic dignity
Pakistan is not obligated to meet the IMF's requirement to exceed the IMF's authority. Pakistan's various economic and debt indicators are available to the IMF. CPEC specific terms and documents are not what the IMF should request.

For example:if China sold J20 to Pakistan, which is a behavior between China and Pakistan.
The third Country asks pakistan for J20 information.
If Pakistan gives it directly, it will completely lose its dignity and trust on the international stage.

2. The IMF's attention to the CPEC clause is much higher than that of the Pakistani loan. It does not seem to be related to Pakistan, but is eager to understand China from CPEC.
One question: Even if pakistan provide the document under china permission, is there any guarente IMF loans can be obtained?

Things are not so simple,boy
