They have 635$ bn as reserves and they have the lowest debt to GDP in the world, 5%. So they can either borrow a lot of money with low rate interest or dig into their reserves. They have started economic reforms. Afterall, oil prices drop is mainly because of Saudi Arabia for several reasons.yes true but they arnt hard working type. if oil drops they feel it quickly.

Over all the video says..Saudi has no shortage of cash or liquidity...and it needs to keep boosting private industrialization to create employment and disposable income to keep the cycle of buy and sell going..
I have been in Saudi for thirty years..the Saudis will have money even if the oil goes down to $10.
