0. By virtue of Aksai Chin, involve China as a party through UN via an amendment to or a new Kashmir resolution, in order to adopt which includes,

1. Invite Indian forces to occupy Aksai Chin, Gilgit, Baltistan, Azad Kashmir alongside Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh on the precondition that UN peacekeeping missions equal in Indian troops strength and 2/3rd of which will be from Pakistan & China to ensure law & order in these 6 valleys.

2. Allow three parties to conduct awareness rallies in the region for six months. Conduct a very verifiable, technologically most advanced, true, irrefutable, paper based, thumb print based, signature based, video interviewed/footage based UN plebiscite of every individual inhabitant of these region within 1 year of occupation. The plebiscite to be conducted thrice within one year to rule out any anomaly. Simple majority vote to count.

4. India will refuse to conduct the plebiscite on the pretext that all valleys belongs to India.

5. If India fails to conduct a plebiscite China and Pakistan be allowed by the amended or advanced resolution of UN on the disputed territory, to take back their areas (+ more) militarily from India.

6. If India threatens with nukes, then China's 33000 kT nukes will take care of India's 30 kT nukes.

The above strategy is an an answer to India's claim that Pakistan needs to vacate Azad Kashmir first for Indians to infiltrate there as a precondition to offer plebiscite in the valley, and that land till GB belongs to India.

Trust me, RSS leadership does not have balls to say yes to this proposal whereas they will face an immense homegrown pressure to do it. The RSS will not have any moral standing if they say NO to this proposal. After all, it's a good opportunity to inch closer to Akhand Bharat propaganda.

Insanity is doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting different results. Pakistan needs a change of system. Empowering people in power to actually make decisions. Current PM and political hierarchy doesn't actually enable them to do anything. Pillars of state are in constant power struggle which leaves you with an ball-less government unable to make decisions that matter.

Unpopular opinion but no need for wars now... Kashmiris had their chance in 1948 then again in 65 and lastly in 1999.... They were happy with the status quo and promises of Abdullah Family and Nehru... We tried and sacrificed a lot of our people for their freedom but they didn't do much..

Now it is very late... With advent of nuclear weapons , war seems far-fetched ....

There are few opportunities in life that if missed , will never came back.... Kashmiris had their chance in 65 and 99...

day 1 train and raise 20 Division infantry division, supported by 5 Div of logistic support, plan for war, and asks general to plan for liberation in 72-96 hours. prepare PoW camps for upto 1 Million enemy. shore up oil reserves.

All this for a UN resolution? You don't need any resolution to militarily enter Kashmir, no one cares about those anymore.

UN resolution because India says Pakistan has to vacate Azad Kashmir first to hold the demanded plebiscite.

But what they dont realize is that even for planning to vacate Azad Kashmir for holding a plebiscite, they need to sit on table with Pakistan. It's no child's play. Vacating Azad Kashmir & not getting the promise of plebiscite for Kashmiri's will have consequences that need to be told at such a meeting with a third party/guarantor present such as UN representatives themselves.

It won't come to war really when China is involved. The hardest problem is convincing Indians to send their troops without any resistance from Pakistan and China to territories it says belongs to India and for holding a plebiscite in all six of these valleys. India is simply unprepared (unwilling) for that despite tall claims of dominion over these territories.

BUT

If it fails to conduct plebiscite or refuses to vacate the valleys (which it will) a war should ensue. America and Israel will not help India, don't worry (because Indian war planners will disappoint them both in a very short time).
