Exactly but how do we judge that it was forced or not In my view govt should create a legal entity like other constitutional authorities to special monitoring for conversion

It is like any other leagal issue..If any one is threatended any way, go and report in police station..Why this issue should be treated separately than any other crime?...How does Gov of India and other institutions created mechanism to stop the conversion of poor tribal people in Odisha and other eastern part of India with indirect lure of money and other financial benifits? What are the steps Gov took to stop these conversions? If not then, why now? Is it just because they are converting to Hindus?....This is where my problem lies with the narrative of the conversion..

Then what do you have toHindu about the Indian Constitution where in, Article 25 grants to citizens of India of all religious persuasions freedom to profess, practice and propagate their faith in a way that does not disrupt public order and does not affect public health and morality adversely...

Then same act goes for reconversion too...christians using 1 lakh to convert a hindu......then hindus use 2 lakh per person to reconvert....its constitutional right for a person to reconvert any religion...then why christians soughting...

MP police book Christian convention organiser under anti-conversion law

A week after insisting that there was no evidence of conversion, forced or otherwise, the Ratlam Police has booked the organiser of a Pentecostal convention under the state’s anti-conversion law.
The convention, organised by the Indian Pentecostal Church of God and the United Christian Council (UCC) on December 12, at Ratlam was attended by ailing tribals from nearby areas who were promised free treatment.
Alleging that the organisers had promised the tribals jobs and money to convert them to Christianity, activists of Hindu Jagaran Manch informed the authorities and brought the convention to a halt.
Station Road Police Station in-charge Rajesh Chouhan told The Sunday Express that Jose Matthew of UCC and others had been booked after preliminary investigation and after recording statements of some tribals who attended the convention.
However, he said no one has been arrested so far. The police have booked Matthew, a resident of Bajrang Nagar, under the Madhya Pradesh Freedom of Religion Act, 1968.
The police were initially reluctant to register a case but the right-wing organisation threatened to stage protests if the police failed to act. The organisers had denied the allegations about conversion claiming that it was a spiritual event.
Ratlam-based RSS leader Dr Ratnadeep Nigam, who is Prachar Pramukh of Ujjain Vibhag, alleged that the police were acting under pressure from missionaries and had tried to dismiss the case but were forced to act after “honest statements by tribals” and solid evidence.

I dont know the truth of it but things like free medical check ups or other charity functions can be used against the organisers as conversion drive and file case against them by right wingers right?

We have organising a lot of functions like this in our church and it was used by people irrespective of religion..

Why not if we make separate constitutional entity of it like EC, cag it will personally monitor all matter

Instead of forming a constitutional body and wasting tax-payers money, why not just let it become a level-playing field with all religious propagators offering the best they can and let the targeted people decide while not allowing those who try to coerce or intimidate them....

It wont none is against any law abiding Indian Christians or other minority .... Do you really think a country where many minority communities lived harmless with majority so far n suddenly would turn against their own people? I myself highly doubt that.... If that had been(Majority against minority by any sense) then India would not have been a secular country(by whatever virtue you wish to count on)......
