That was being BEYOND STUPID by the russians---.

In war---combat---etc etc etc---time is of the assence---.

I HAD WONDERED AT THE LEVEL OF STUPIDITY OF THE RUSSIANS TO HAVE GIVEN OVEN A MONTH TO UKRAINE TO GET READY---.
