Since China and Russia is involved USA have to come in the scene too. Along with USA comes UK , Australia, Canada. So, it will be a disaster for all.

so you do agree that you dont really have a lot of ammo yourself.
besides, the complete naval blockade will prevent you from getting any supplies, while India's military Industrial complex keeps churning out and maintaining "low ammo" you are talking about.
