PLAAF will be much more comfertable in conducting excercises with PAF (which actually did take place in 2003) as both AFs can exchange their experience Chinese will gain experience against Western ACs in PAF inventory and PAF will gain experience against Russian ACs in PLAAF inventory....its a win win situation as PLAAF and PAF are not adversaries like PLAAF and IAF are.....the excercise against IAF will be a noworth deal as Chinese wont send their top tier ACs...(J-11B,BS,SU-30,J-10) and same will be the case with IAF which would not like to field SU-30 against PLAAF fleet unless it really goes mad just for the sake of showoff

China has more flankers and mig-21s so they are no secret the PLAAF. France offered Mirage 2k while russians offered mig-29s to us in the 1980s so we probably have comprehensive information on those as well. The russia also sold china the prototype of the Mig-35 aesa radar. Thunder prototype uses an isreali elta-2032, and they were prepared to sell us phalcon awac. Hence, it is probably very easy to gather information on the systems isreal sold to india. the only thing we are interested in is the mki PESA radar. However, Indians are not allowed to turn their Su-30 radar on in war practice with other countries. Why would we risk the secret of our J-10, JH-7 for nothing.
