I do agree about the travel inconvenience, but I think I would live in Kowkoor just because of the name. Hyderabad is definitely one of the few places in India that I plan on visiting in the future. I will need a local guide though...

And I suggest borrowing one of the golf buggies from nearby, I would never ride a bicycle in South Asia. All the drivers there seem to be on speed or some similar drug.

Any non-muslim will always be hesitant to go to a conservative society like pakistan.
Also for an Indian I dont see any kind of terrain that pakistan offers Indian doesnt have already also no historical or cultural sites interests Indians saning few religious sites for Sikhs I guess.
May be for moto enthusiasts who like to travel by their own vehicles pakistan will be naturally a way towards middle east but who wants to visit middle east also.
I see many Indian moto enthusiasts travelling through south east asia china russia towards europe also if things improve between India china, I would like to take my Modified Jeep compass through Aksai Chin to china-central asia-russia-europe one day.
