This is not the reality of India. Even the poorest African countries have a few good neighborhoods. India is a vast country of 1400 million people, and not even 0.5 million people live in these neighborhoods.

All Muslims cities are ranked lower than their non-Muslim counterparts in every subregion of the World, since Muslim cities don't offer alcohol and Western style nightlife.

Nice cope, but reality is the opposite.

All Muslims cities are ranked lower than their non-Muslim counterparts in every subregion of the World, since Muslim cities don't offer alcohol and Western style nightlife.

That isn't even a criteria while looking for liveability of a city.
