If there is a 26/11 attack, the options that India will most likely consider is to give a green light & a heavy budget to Ajit Duval and to heat up the complete border, going after Pakistani positions across the entire length of the LC & even the IB using even heavy artillery.(ending the ceasefire). The idea would be to inflict immediate sharp pain to the PA and not waste time with the proxies. Sure the Pakistanis will retaliate but the economic gap will start telling reasonably quickly in what would be a battle of attrition since India could keep it up for a very long time. The fear about this option has always been whether such a move will severely damage PA's ability to control cross LC movements but that may be a risk one simply has to take. The option of allowing Pakistan to dictate the terms of escalation cannot be allowed to hold.

Well, according to the BJP supporters here, our PM will single handedly pick up an automatic rifle with thousands of round of ammo, a pistol as backup, a rocket launcher with a few hundred rockets, he will get into a Sukhoi 30-MKI,fly over to the affected spots, bomb a few of the azzholes to oblivion then land and take on the rest of the terrorists eliminating them without any civilian casualties.
