how to report drug users anonymously in India?

Some people have rented a flat in my neighbourhood. They party till late night and play loud music. I have seen two of those guys smoking weed out of a bong and snorting cocaine in their flat.

If I call the local police from a public phone and report them without disclosing my identity. Will it work?

Will they raid their place? If they do then will they search for drugs if those people arent partying at that time?

you are in hyderabad, old city right? you can drop a mail, every police station has a mail id.
besides, you can call 100 and chose to be anonymous(on theory police promises that), not sure whether it really provides anonymity, they can always trace you back.

You can call 100 but then you wont remain anonymous bcos police calls you back to confirm you are a genuine caller or you can call that NDTV number to remain anonymous
