PTI didn't win the most seats in Sindh, so what power do he have to control Sindh to get rid of corruptions and improve infrastructure?

PTI as an opposition in Sindh assembly can give a hard time to PPP.
If NAB becomes active in Sindh, PPP will lose majority of seats because of their corruption.

Well NAB, FIA and FBR can be made active to control corruption.
For development Federal government can give a grant to be spent just on Karachi through the mayor or elected members.

It needs to be done by cooperation and negotiation. Democratic outcomes need to be respected. If Sindh voted against PTI then PTI need to win them over. Also corruption is ripe in whole of Pakistan so why pick on Sindh? It's obvious those sitting in Islamabad are the most corrupt, so let's start there..

How much power does the Prime Minister have in Pakistan? Especially given the fact that it is an impotent version of the somewhat impotent British Parliamentary Democracy.

Karachi doesn't really want to be part of Sindh. Karachi needs to be given autonomous powers. I wonder if PTI will be able to achieve that.

Not possible. It will have to be through the Provincial Government. After the 18th Amendment, the Constitution grants the Provincial Government enormous powers. Administration Powers rest with the Provincial Government, nd not the Federal Government. Federal Government can launch infrastructure projects such as clean water or transportation, but Administrative Powers rest solely with the Provincial Government. Why do you think PTI is fighting tooth and nail to form the Punjab Government.

Just on 1 order of PM, Military and all LEA's under Sindh Govt even arrest CM hahahha this is the power of PM
