This is frustrating....absolutely frustrating!!:angry:

My one year's experience on this forum tells me that most of the members here dont even read the content of a thread before posting in a thread.

There was a longgg thread comparing Erdogan and Modi's life recently. I happened to make the 2nd post in it and happened to say a line in the end " I hope Modi introduces UCC"...members who came after me on that thread had only one topic to talk about- UCC (secularism jibes too)while they completely forgot that the original topic of the thread was Erdogan-Modi comparison. :lol:

And then there was another thread called " Can a muslim be Indian?" in the senior's cafe, which had 11 pdf pages of a book posted by admin Horus. I can say that 99% of the ppl who came to that thread had not read the pdf pages at all .But the thread did not lack chest thumping members who went raucous after reading the title.ROFL

And now if free just go through the posts on this thread....
War of words intensifies on Taj Mahal, Yogi Adityanath claims it was built on Shiv temple
The mention of Taj mahal was enough for ppl to imagine that it was about to be destroyed by some hindu shibboleths. Btw the original article,the content of it I mean, doesnt even mention anything of that sort.
But our dear members 're always quick to jump into conclusions.

@WebMaster
I think there should be strict punishment for those who dont read the content of original post and randomly post on the threads. :sick:

(I'm sure many who would come to this thread would also not read the content..ahem )

Truth is, there are several interesting topics running at any given time, the discussions are more important to us, plus it seems easier for some to see what's up by gauging the response from comments.

Sometimes articles needlessly yap on about something so basic, maybe about 5% of the text is actually useful.

I'm guilty of this too, I almost always skim read, or read properly. Maybe sometimes when I know the topic, know the story, maybe saw it on the news before, I won't read, or maybe when I don't have time.

Wait, you've only been here a year??
How do you manage to make more posts than I have in my 4+ years? o_O
