Here is a short labelled pic which gives an overview about our army's capability and the needs we still face for our common soldiers, for the highlighted gadgetry is not there in good suffice for our non-commissioned troops. Moreover other officers should also pay attention to these things, for themselves at the very very least! To add more, "good gadgetry" gives a good look to a soldier and makes him look "dangerous" for the enemy.
