India got WLR since long back, India made its own WLR .

PA is also using WLR since long, they were available during Kargil war. There are certain things which PA don't show to world until needed or don't popularize a known system.

first soldiers bodies exchange took place. dozens of indian soldiers were returned. Also dozens of pakistani men bodies were airlifted fro india. example body of sher khan was airlifted from dehli along with many others.

Pakistan currently has the Chinese SLC-2 which is an improvement over the US AN/TPQ-37 radar which China Purchased in the 90's. india purchased the same AN/TPQ-37 radar over a decade ago and now it has one supposedly indigenous so there you have it.

Indian Swati system has equivalent Chinese purush system that are in use with PA.

Not a big development IMO.

Volume and cost. You can get everything but money decides volume and local cost is low.
