Depends on the payload! It can't be launched in a single missile config at the center line, so it must be in a twin config at the wings (or at least an asymetric one with a fuel tank as balance weight), that alone would be 3t of payload. Add at least 2 wing fuel tanks and 4 x AAMs and you have a pretty heavy load to take off via ski-jump
Why would one MiG-29K be doing it all when launching from a ACC? A strike package could launch from an ACC x number of MiG-29Ks with a centreline fuel tank and 2 Bhramos-M on either wing should be easily able to take off with minimal fuel, 1-2 MiG-29K/KUBs configured as AARs with 2 external fuel tanks on wither wing and a buddy-buddy refuelling pod on the centreline then x number of MiG-29K/KUB escorts (depending on threat perception, number of a/c needing escorting etc etc) with 6 AAMs and a centreline fuel tank all MiG-29K/KUB not configured for AAR task can take off with minimal fuel and be refuelled in the air.
This kind of multi-tasking is how the USN works its F-18s.
