and no, that's completely not the case where I "trust any anti muslim blabla". There was some cow vigilante violence yesterday which I mentioned in our conversation, there was no dispute about what happened there, the police too made a statement confirming the obvious.

then there was the muslim girl who alleged that "white men ripped my hijab off, hurled islamophobic slurs" .. about Trump supporters painting swastikas on temples, mosques etc.. all lies, all debunked later but did their damage because people's memories are short, not many revisit these bits of news. Look at our Pakistani friends here running with it, they don't care it's fake.
All of which is not to say that there aren't problems, there are, but smart people on both sides need to be as fair and balanced when analysing what is going on and not jump the gun on every little bit of "news", even if we all have our biases.
