Featured Hindustan Times fake report on Saudi Arabia ditching Pakistanis and Kashmiris

. .
An obvious ploy to attempt to disturb an unspoken collaborative relationship between Pakistan and Arab states by Indians. And even more obvious why they do it.

IF MAJORITY INDIAN NEWS SOURCES ON PAKISTAN ARE FAKED OR AT THE LEAST DISTORTED WHY ALLOW IT TO BE POSTED ON PK DEF.

Malaysian? Mahathir being topple and malaysian is no more pivot towards turkey.
Mahathir wasn't toppled, he retired.

Anyway, foreign policy is bigger than a national leader, and Malaysia is still pushing for an alternate Muslim bloc, one that is separate from the Arab dominated OIC.
Yes you are right interest keep changing and so does the partnership..
It's still a long way before KSA substantially reduce foreign workers because of there own system.. so Pakistan needs the billion until we have replacement or some other means that unfortunately is not visible in near visible ..
So practically we can't join due to our reliance on expat money
True.

One thing that Pakistan needs to do is push towards a cashless economy. Well, that and major tax reforms. If Pakistan gains most of its revenue from internal sources, such as taxes, it would be far better off.

The policy is initiated by him. It's more of a political stinct to win more Muslim vote. It will go together with him if he is gone. Malays are more familiar with Arabs and their islamic bank heavily depend on Saudi, UAE and Kuwait. In fact , most politician of malaysian has better connection with Arabs kingdom. You better pin your hope more on Indonesia than malaysian for Turkish bloc.

Indonesian believes they will outgrown Arabs region in future and be a leader of themselves rather than follow others. But the only problem is Indonesia is republic and not islamic. Secular is still their policy.

I completely disagree.

I don't think it is a politic stunt at all.

The global muslim population has grown tired and distrustful of Arab leadership. The Malaysians in particular have had problems with the Arabs for the last decade.

With Turkey, they've found an ally that they can put the Arabs in check with.

Quite frankly, even if this bloc fails, the Arab dominance over global Islamic affairs are, in my opinion, coming to an end. We're going to soon enough see non-Arab Muslim nations now take the rein going forward, and side line the Arabs.

I don't see Indonesia doing anything significant, as they've largely stayed away from global politics, and haven't really commented on global issues related to Muslims in any significant capacity.

Complete disagree with you. Saudi and Arabs still weld a lot of power as they still have the financial clout and islamic influence with mecca sitting in Saudi. How many Muslim countries are leaving OIC? How many Muslim countries attend the conference held in KL last year? 5 countries only. Much your analyst is based on emotion rather than real analysis.

That's a logical fallacy. The OIC serves as a similar role to the UNGA, which means it's a forum for muslim nations to come together and engage in diplomacy. The problem with the OIC is that it has always been arab dominated, but that has in recent years seen a decline in Arab domination. The only real relevant player left is the UAE, as othe Arab nations are either too small, or are in dire financial crises such as we've seen with KSA.

By your logic, the SAARC is a massive success, because no one has left it, despite it being a practically dead organization.

And trust me, my emotions have nothing to do with this. If I included my emotions, you'd be getting a completely different result from me.

You are comparing orange vs apple. What influence did SAARC weld? SAARC is just a title with little meaning for economy and political influence.

OIC is different. It is so called the official islamic organisation for islamic countries. It has the financial influence and religion clause to make an impact for islamic countries.

Let me ask u one simple question , how much money can turkey pump into islamic bank of malaysia compare to Saudi, UAE ,Kuwait , Bahrain combined?

What are you talking about? OIC had no financial department.

First of all, apples and oranges can be compared, I've never understood that stupid analogy.

Second, you're not looking at the principle similarities, and are instead just nitpicking the obvious differences. Look at the what I'm actually comparing, not the superficial parts.

Also, I dont know why you brought up Islamic banking, when the Arabs haven't done much in that department either.
