Based on economy of a family --- Thats somewhat legit because its comprehensive irrespective of caste and religion.

Even then I dont condone reservation in jobs. Provide financial help to educate everyone, make them competent to compete. Dont spoon feed everything.

Reservations are a reality and there is no use crying over spilled milk. Affirmative action doe provide a faster means to climb the social ladder.
