I am using windows 8.1 64 bit

I cannot login. my system keeps itself at windows logo stage and below logo, the ring keeps revolving forever and wont move forward to desktop.

When I restart, windows automatic repair start and after a few moments there is just a black screen and nothing else.

I tried to install windows 8 by dvd but in that attempt, computer freezes at "setup is starting" screen.

I then tried putting win 7 dvd, then it after the " windows is loading files" screen, where there are some options, it hangs there and my keyboard and mouse won't work to let me select desired options and start setup.

Help me either install new windows or log in the current one.

Thank you

It seems to be hardware issue. Check hard drive or format whole hard drive. Back up your data before format.

.
take out the RAMs, HARD DRIVES and clean the cpu and move it from here to there.. and put RAMs and hard drives back in place..

Its your hard drive, which is totally messed up.
Change it.
Its 100 % culprit ..
Don't do anything else.

If you have DELL, it has self check (monitoring) system.
Run it & it tells you.

. .
Carefully take the hard drive out ... and beat the shit out of it.

I once went through so many attempts trying to fix my computer through updates, swapping out components, PSU and all that bull shit. It turns out that the mainboard was just wonky and the time and effort I put in trying to fix the computer was a waste of effort. Days and days of my precious time off.

So take the culprit and smash it. You will feel better afterwards.

Sometimes its cheaper to just get a new one.
